As part of Employers’ duty of care towards their employees, they are responsible and accountable for fully preparing their staff to deal with the threats that they may encounter during their working hours, either individually or as a team. Such preparation requires each staff member to be equipped with the appropriate knowledge in conflict resolution. This can only be achieved through expert training, which is what we provide at Staff Defence Ltd.

Our accredited qualification through the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) is Conflict Management Level 2 Award (RQF). However, we are able to provide bespoke training programmes to suit the unique needs of any workforce.

The Staff Defence Conflict Management Level 2 Award (RQF) Course is ideal for everyone, who works in a customer-facing role, dealing with service users and members of the public, so that once trained, any person can confidently manage a conflict situation, as and when it arises. This course can prepare each member of staff with a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising and how to manage these situations in a calm and professional manner.

Our courses are held at our training venue in Onley, near Rugby in the East Midlands, where we can comfortably seat up to 30 Delegates per course.

Additionally, we have a training location in the USA.

However, depending on the type of course selected, we are very flexible and our Instructors can travel to a client’s venue, if that is more convenient for you. The only exception is our H.E.A.T. (Hostile Environments Awareness Training) Course, which must be conducted at our training venue, due to the course content and requirements.
