As part of employers’ duty of care towards their employees, they are responsible and accountable for fully preparing their staff to deal with any threats within the workplace. Employees may encounter threats as a solitary worker, a night-time worker, or while working with valuables. Such preparation requires each staff member to be equipped with the appropriate knowledge in conflict resolution. This can only be achieved through expert training, which is what we provide at Staff Defence Ltd.

Our accredited qualification through the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) is Conflict Management Level 2 Award (RQF). However, we are able to provide bespoke training programmes to suit the unique needs of any workforce.

The Staff Defence Conflict Management Level 2 Award (RQF) Course is ideal for everyone, who works in a customer-facing role. This includes those dealing with service users and members of the public. Once trained, any person will be able to confidently manage a conflict situation, as and when it arises. This course prepares each member of staff with a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations from arising. Should a conflict arise, you will learn how to manage these situations in a calm and professional manner.
