CONDO stands for Contractors ON Deployed Operations. It is a course designed for Contractors, who are assigned overseas to support the UK military. The training helps Contractors to gain a better understanding of the military and what life is like on deployment in a new environment overseas.
Our Travel Safety and H.E.A.T. Instructors have a background in the Royal Marines Commando division or the British Army. Our Instructors have been specifically selected for their skills and expertise within their distinct field of excellence, together with their many years of experience in living and operating within a hostile environment.
We insist that each Instructor possesses, as a minimum, a fully-accredited award in education and training, First Aid at Work Level 3 Award, and Conflict Management Level 2. Each Instructor benefits from the full public liability insurance that Staff Defence provides.
You are encouraged to contact us now, so we can advise you regarding the most suitable course to meet your needs.
The Travel Safety CONDO course is held at our bespoke training venue at:
Pippingford Park Manor, Nutley, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 3HW. Here we can comfortably seat up to 30 Delegates per course.
However, depending on the type of course selected, we are very flexible, which means that our Instructors can travel to a client’s venue, if that is more convenient for you. The only exception is our H.E.A.T. (Hostile Environments Awareness Training) course, which must be conducted at our training venue, due to the course content and requirements.
Additionally, we do have a training location in the USA.
*Please Note: All of our courses are conducted in alignment with COVID-19 regulations to ensure the safety and welfare of all our Instructors and Delegates.
